How to get rid of cellulite on the thighs

An estimated 85% of women are said to deal with the problem of cellulite. It tends to build up most on the thighs, though it can also appear on the legs, buttocks, or stomach. It's best treated at its first signs, since its effect often becomes more pronounced with age.

A simple homemade remedy with green clay

Green clay is said to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, eliminate dead skin cells, absorb fats, and help repair connective tissue — properties that would make it an effective remedy for the appearance of thigh cellulite.

Poultice recipe

  1. Mix half a cup of green clay and algae, a cup of lemon juice, three tablespoons of hot water, and a tablespoon of honey.
  2. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  3. Apply to the areas affected by cellulite, using circular motions with your fingertips.
  4. Cover with a thin layer of plastic wrap.
  5. Leave on for 30 minutes.

  7. Repeat weekly until the first results appear.
