What exactly is feminism?
Feminism is a diverse movement that seeks to eliminate the systemic inequalities between men and women, on the social, political, economic and cultural levels. It sets out to question traditional gender roles and to allow each woman and each man to exercise their potential, whatever their sex.
Where do gender stereotypes come from?
Gender stereotypes are preconceived beliefs that perpetuate inequality: women are often perceived as weak or dependent, men as strong and domineering. Feminism aims precisely at dismantling these representations in order to promote a more egalitarian vision of society.
How is feminine power being redefined?
It is no longer only a matter of fighting for equal rights, but of recognising the value of qualities often associated with women — empathy, collaboration, compassion. Feminine power is not measured by the ability to dominate, but by the ability to create positive change.
Why are inclusion and diversity so central?
